Method
 

  1. Step 1:Rinse the rice and prepare the vegetables by washing and chopping them into small, manageable pieces.
    Step 2:Place the chicken in a large pot with the water and cook thoroughly until the meat reaches a safe internal temperature.
    Step 3:Remove the cooked chicken from the pot and allow it to cool slightly. Shred or finely chop the chicken into small pieces.
    Step 4:Cook the rice according to the package directions until tender.
    Step 5:Cook the carrots and green beans until soft and easy to mash or chew.
    Step 6:Combine the cooked chicken, rice, vegetables, and plain pumpkin puree in a large mixing bowl.
    Step 7:Allow the food to cool completely before portioning and serving.
