Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground turkey lean and unseasoned
  • 1 cup brown rice uncooked
  • 1 cup carrots chopped
  • 1 cup green beans chopped
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree plain and unsweetened
  • 3 cups water

Method
 

  1. Add the ground turkey to the Instant Pot and break it into smaller pieces.
  2. Add the brown rice, carrots, green beans, pumpkin puree, and water.
  3. Stir gently to distribute the ingredients evenly.
  4. Secure the lid and cook using the pressure cooking setting specified in your recipe.
  5. Allow the pressure to release naturally for about 10 minutes before carefully releasing any remaining pressure.
  6. Open the lid and stir the mixture thoroughly.
  7. Allow the food to cool completely before portioning and serving.
