Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey plain lean, and unseasoned
  • 1/4 cup cooked pumpkin plain and unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup cooked white rice plain
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Method
 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground turkey.
  2. Cook the turkey thoroughly, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Do not add salt, onion, garlic, or seasonings.
  3. Drain excess fat and allow the turkey to cool slightly.
  4. Add the cooked turkey, pumpkin, and rice to a mixing bowl.
  5. Add the warm water and gently mix until everything is evenly combined.
  6. Allow the food to cool completely before serving.
Recipe Notes
  1. Use plain ground turkey without added seasoning. Avoid onion, garlic, salt, spices, and other ingredients that can be harmful to cats.
  2. This recipe is best used as an occasional meal or topper unless it has been properly formulated to meet a cat's complete nutritional requirements.
